I was notified on November 1st that I had won their October 2024 online contest. I sent them my mailing address and was told they would ship it ASAP. I reached out to them to check the status and on December 2nd I was told that they would investigate because it should have already been shipped. I have not heard anything back after that even though I have emailed them several times. Seems like fraud to me. I will be reporting this to the FTC if I do not hear back soon.

They are even more beautiful and unique in person. I'll be checking back for more unique specimens. Shipped fast and carefully. Wonderful customer service.
